1960-1965 6 CYLINDER MANUAL STEERING INNER TIE ROD ENDS

1960-1965 6 CYLINDER MANUAL STEERING INNER TIE ROD ENDS

SKU: C3DZ-3A130-L
This part serves as the left hand and right hand INNER tie rod end for all models the 1960 - 65 Ford Falcon & Mercury Comet equipped with a 6 cylinder engine & manual steering. It is also used as the right hand inner tie rod end on all models of the 1960 - 65 Ford Falcon & Mercury Comet equipped a 6 cylnider engine and power steering. The adjusting threads on this tie rod end are LEFT HAND (L.H.)
The 6 cylinder inner and outer tie rod ends are identical except for the thread pattern. The outer tie rod ends are supposed to be R.H. threads and the inner tie rod ends are supposed to be L.H. threads. This is consistent with most Ford vehicles of the period.
Since these parts on your vehicle have probably been changed over the years, anything is possible and the tie rods, since they appear identical, may have been switched. If you are only replacing an inner or outer tie rod end, please check the thread design ( either L.H. or R.H.) on your old part BEFORE ORDERING and order accordingly.
